The rise of street food festivals and markets have been noticeable in recent years, and couples have started to incorporate it into their big day too.

Here are just a few pop-up dining options that are based in Wales, or will travel here for your special day, with a few cool dessert options thrown in for good measure.

They're in no particular order...

They are available for weddings and say: "Just give us a gathering of hungry people, and we’ll give you flame-grilled Greek goodness with a generous side of Cypriot hospitality (and a big dollop of houmous, just for good measure)."

Their big blue tents can be set up pretty much anywhere, and can be scaled up or down depending on the party size.
